Our care manager will call to your home and discuss your needs.
We will help you decide how often you need our carer and what you would like them to do when they call.
When you are happy with the care plan, we will arrange for you to meet your carer. Homecarers will consistently monitor the service to ensure that you are satisfied with all aspects of our service. The care plan can be easily changed if you find you need more care hours.
